Terms of Service

We provide doorstep delivery, fitting, testing and replacement of automotive and inverter batteries, along with jump-start and diagnostic services across Gurugram, subject to technician availability.

Prices are quoted before dispatch and include delivery, standard fitting and testing. The scrap value of your old battery, where applicable, is adjusted in the final bill. Unusual fitments or additional work will be communicated and agreed before it is carried out.

Payment is due at the time of service completion and may be made by UPI, cash or card. Batteries remain the property of Aryan Batteries until paid in full.

Batteries carry the manufacturer's brand warranty, the terms of which are provided with your warranty card and invoice. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's assessment; we assist you end-to-end at no extra charge. See our Refund & Warranty Policy for details.

You confirm that the vehicle or premises where service is performed is yours or that you are authorised to request service on it, and that a safe, accessible working area is available. We may decline service where conditions are unsafe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for pre-existing vehicle defects not related to the battery supplied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
