How fast can you reach me?
Anywhere in Gurugram, our average response is 30–45 minutes. Late-night and emergency calls are prioritised — call us and we'll give you an exact ETA for your location.
Which battery brands do you stock?
We carry genuine Exide, Amaron, Luminous, SF Sonic, Okaya and Livguard batteries. If you have a brand preference, mention it when you call and we'll bring it along.
Do you check my old battery before selling a new one?
Yes. Every visit starts with a free digital load test of your battery and a charging-system check. If your battery can simply be charged or repaired, we'll tell you honestly.
Is fitting included in the price?
Yes — delivery, fitting, terminal cleaning and testing are all included in the quoted price. The old battery's scrap value is adjusted in your bill on the spot.
What warranty do I get?
Every battery carries the manufacturer's brand warranty (typically 12–48 months depending on model), and we hand over the warranty card and GST bill at installation. See our Refund & Warranty page for details.
How can I pay?
We accept UPI, cash and cards on delivery. You pay only after the battery is fitted and tested to your satisfaction.
Will you take away my old battery?
Yes. We buy back your old battery at a fair scrap rate and adjust it instantly in your bill. Old batteries are recycled responsibly.
Do you serve areas outside Gurugram?
Our core service area is Gurugram — Sushant Lok, Golf Course Road, DLF Phases, Sohna Road, Palam Vihar and surrounding sectors. For nearby areas, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability.
